Home workers often feel they lack the structure, focus and opportunities for regular communication and feedback that are so important for maintaining engagement at work. This course provides managers with the skills and confidence to provide the support they need.
Led by an expert trainer and with a small group, participants have plenty of chances to discuss their own specific challenges and to get individual advice, as well as to work interactively with their colleagues to build a set of practical techniques and tools that they can put to immediate use.

How is the training delivered?
This is a live and fully interactive training session. Just like classroom training, it is delivered by an experienced tutor to a small group, ensuring plenty of chances to ask questions and discuss experiences.
Using a free web based interface, delegates are able to see, hear and interact with the trainer and other participants in real time. The session is intensive, and last about 90 minutes, equipping participants with a raft of instantly implementable techniques to improve their ability and comfort working from home.
