“What is our business?”:  A question posed by Peter Drucker many years ago focusing on strategic management. The correct answer to the question is determined by the customer. And getting to the correct answer is the goal of strategic management,  which ensures that the intelligence gathering and planning process is robust and well resourced.

How do we manage the future? This session provides delegates with an opportunity to reflect on the key areas of the business that might benefit from a new approach, and a rigorous examination of the current status regarding particular products or services.

The workshop is run as a forum for discussing the concept and methodologies of strategic management and planning. The trainer will use relevant examples from your organisation, and will utilise a range of styles throughout the day to ensure each participant is comfortable and confident in applying their learning after the course.
