Core consultancy team
A highly qualified and experienced trainer, coach and consultant with a commercial background in product development, Kate has works with clients in the UK, Europe and US to develop and deliver wellbeing, communications and leadership programmes that have benefited thousands of delegates.
Joanna developed her huge knowledge of management practice and business psychology over a long career as an academic and in senior roles in industry. Over a twenty year consultancy career she has worked with some of the world’s biggest companies, training everyone from new starters to CEOs across four continents.
Alison spent many years in senior positions in human resources before turning her hand to training and consultancy fifteen years ago. Alison specialises in communication skills and workplace well-being, and is qualified in a range of psychometrics and other development tools.
Sally supports organisations across the UK to become exceptional through bespoke learning and development programmes and one to one coaching. She supports organisations to deliver exceptional service, leadership programmes and coaching. To help clients to close the gap, achieve their objectives and deliver return on investment.
Backed by twenty-five years of communications and training experience in the financial, charity and public sectors, Tracy helps influence cultural change in corporate environments so that working people can be authentic and thrive in even the most demanding roles and situations.
Kate is a highly experienced leadership development consultant, business psychologist and accredited coach. She has developed and run leadership and high potential development programmes for global and UK based blue chip organisations, as well as many high growth start-ups.
