Free emotional intelligence assessments

The Global Leadership Foundation EI test involves 40 forced choice questions and provides feedback across four domains of EI:  Self-awareness, self-management, social-awareness and relationship management.

Emotional Intelligence Test – Results (globalleadershipfoundation.com)

IRDLabs EQ test includes 28 likert scale questions and provides feedback across four domains: Sociability, self-control, empathy and wellbeing. It also provides an overall ‘EQ’ score.
