Gillian Heggs

Gillian’s experience as an award winning copywriter combined with many years working as a trainer and communicator make her a highly effective and popular teacher. She has worked with clients from international household names to new start-ups, and has written everything from direct mail and brochures to TV ads. Gillian particularly enjoys the process of creating bespoke workshops focusing on clients’ specific industry issues and writing challenges.


Kate Jennings

Kate has an engaging and interactive training style, creating a positive learning environment for her delegates.  She combines this with a highly practical approach, designed to ensure the training makes a difference back at work. Kate has been a trainer and coach for over 15 years and specialises in communication and management skills. She particularly enjoys designing and delivering multi-module programmes for new and developing managers.


Joanna Markham

Before turning her hand to training and coaching, Joanna amassed years of experience in industry and academia. Her high energy, direct approach and enormous knowledge of business psychology and leadership best practice has made her a favourite of many of our clients. Joanna’s expertise is valued by leaders from some of the world’s biggest companies, and she regularly consults and trains in the Americas, Asia and Europe.


Anna Marsden

Anna Marsden is a high energy, qualified trainer with a background of more than 15 years in training and supporting people to increase and enhance their communications. As well as an experienced and accomplished trainer, Anna is also co-founder of Cambridge communications agency Luminescence, where she heads up the training and digital departments.


Shona McFarlane

Shona is an experienced and highly qualified facilitator and executive coach. She built up her business and leadership experience during a seventeen-year career working with blue-chip organisations including De Vere Hotels, Aramark and Unilever. Today, Shona specialises in wellbeing, resilience and positive psychology. Working internationally, her flexible and engaging style enable her connect with and engage audiences at all levels of seniority and across a wide range of organisations and cultures.


Alison Townley

With over 15 years experience working internationally as a consultant and trainer, Alison specialises in communication and professional skills training as well as psychometric testing. She has a particular interest in resilience and well-being, and brings a supportive, empathetic approach to the training room. Alison’s years of experience in senior positions in retail give her a sound practical understanding of delegates’ challenges and needs.


Julie Wales

Julie’s engaging, easy style enables her to draw the best from her delegates, creating a positive, supportive learning environment. As a former BBC journalist and Head of English in a large school, Julie has a wealth of experience and knowledge to draw on around communication skills. Julie has worked with clients from start-ups to international blue-chips, and focuses on written and face-to-face communication skills.


Katherine Wiid

Katherine is a perceptive and engaging Career Management Coach. As a former head-hunter, Katherine became intrigued by what drove people to consider moving jobs, take risks in their careers and turn down roles that on paper were a great match. Since 2009 she has studied extensively to become one of the few people in the world to master a psycho-linguistic tool to determine what motivates people. She helps them predict how they will perform in a specific job and what competencies they possess or are able to grow – all by decoding their motivation codes.


Tracy Wilkinson

Tracy Wilkinson is an experienced psycho-educational trainer and facilitator who delivers workshops that empower delegates to change behaviours and create greater work:life balance, benefiting the individual and the organisations they work for. Backed by 25 years of marketing communications and training experience in the financial, charity and public sectors, Tracy helps influence cultural change in corporate environments so that working people can be authentic and thrive in even the most demanding roles and situations.
