This workshop will enable managers to:
- Recognise the symptoms of stress, pressure and mental health concerns – in themselves and others
- Hold effective and supportive conversations with their staff about stress, anxiety, depression or other mental health concerns
- Build emotional resilience in their teams
- Increase the physical resilience in their teams
- Use techniques to increase their own resilience as a manager
- Develop strategies to increase engagement and motivation in their team
- Support staff to increase their own resilience at work
- Understand the integral role managers have in building resilience and wellbeing in their team
